At the point of collection, opt-in language is displayed clearly indicating your consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. All initial automated responses contain clear instructions to reply STOP to opt out.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (813) 686-7289. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Message frequency varies based on the type of program and the participating business. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your appointment schedule and automation settings.
Recova IQ does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The Recova IQ software, platform, original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Coastal Fulfillment LLC and its licensors.
Coastal Fulfillment LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any delayed, failed, or undelivered mobile messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services or messaging programs immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
